| StreetPiercing.com wants you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible! Therefore, all orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of order receipt or credit card approval. We process and ship orders 7 days a week, excluding holidays. We also keep you posted - via email, every step of the way during your order processing. If for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within the 24 hours - an email will be sent to you. If paying by credit card, please make sure when entering your order information at checkout the "Bill To" information is the same as the BILL TO ADDRESS listed on your credit card statement. This will avoid delays in processing while we VERIFY, AUTHORIZE and SHIP your order. You will be able to select your shipping rate option during checkout. At StreetPiercing.com customer satisfaction is our number one goal! We want to make your return as easy as possible. Therefore, if for any reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a refund!
1. Please note that we do not process any exchanges. Once you ship your qualifying return back to us, we will refund its cost. However, if you need something else (different size, color or style), you will have to place a new order.
2. You must initiate your return within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ship back your return. Please DO NOT CALL for it, as we need your written request. How to obtain your RMA number:
- Login to your account with the My Account link.
- Enter the email address and password you used when creating your order, then click the 'Login' button.
- Once the Account Menu displays, click on the 'View Previous Orders' link. You will see a list of your orders. Click on the order number that you need the RMA# for.
- Scroll down to the RETURNS area and click on the 'Request a Return Merchandise Authorization' link.
- A list of products will display that were purchased on that order. Simply check the box next to the products that you would like to return and enter the reason for the return.
- We will email you the RMA number within a few business hours. Also, the RMA information will be saved on your order's page for future reference.
- Please Note: Due to the spam block settings of your ISP provider you may not receive our reply to you! We reply to ALL emails, so be sure to check your spam folder.
3. Make sure that the item wasn't worn or used, and wasn't damaged as a result of your neglect. (* H2Ocean is not returnable *)
4. When you are ready to ship the return, package your return in a secure box or padded envelope. Or, utilize the original packaging if possible but completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Do not ship your return in a regular (not bubbled) envelope. Jewelry gets damaged and lost easily. Returns in flat envelopes will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
5. Include a copy of your invoice and write your RMA number on the outside of the package so it can be seen easily. Ship your return to us within 15 days of receiving your RMA number. Package should be shipped via USPS, UPS or other parcel service. StreetPiercing.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transportation, so please ship your package insured with tracking for your safety.

7. Original shipping charges and customer expenses for shipping a return to us are not refunded or reimbursed.
8. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
9. If you've received your order with free shipping and chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
